Client Requirements
In September 2025, Peter contacted us after browsing the RAYBO website. His company wanted high-brightness, high-refresh-rate LED displays for multiple meeting rooms. Clarity was the top concern: the team frequently films the screens with cameras, so they demanded exceptional sharpness and a high refresh rate — no flicker on camera at any angle.
Our Solution
Drawing on years of LED product experience and a precise understanding of Peter's requirements, our senior sales manager Bella recommended our indoor flagship product — VisiGuard Series. VisiGuard adopts industry-leading COB technology, it delivers ultra-high resolution, a 7,680 Hz refresh rate, and 1,000 nits indoor brightness — paired with the top-tier Novastar control system and 4K input for flawless, camera-friendly images from any angle. Peter was keen on the solution, but wanted to verify the screen quality in person before ordering. In early October, Peter and his team visited our factory, discussing the solution and specifications with Bella from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and witnessed the full process from production to shipment.
Result & Review
The trust built through multiple online communications and the factory visit paid off: after returning to the USA, Peter’s team informed Bella of their first order — a 6 × 3.375 m screen (P1.25) and a 4.8 × 6.4125 m screen (P1.25). In January 2026, they confirmed additional meeting-room screens: two 4.8 × 2.36 m (P1.56), one 4.2 × 2.36 m (P1.56), and two 3.6 × 2.36 m (P1.56). Bella tracked every stage of production and sent Peter videos of the finished screens, aging tests, and shipments.
