Rental LED Display for Events in Italy
From the supplied manufacturing portfolio · Reviewed 24 October 2026
Client Requirements
In October 2024, Giovanni contacted us through the RAYBO website. He needed outdoor rental LED displays for events, with cost-effectiveness and distinctive creative staging as his top priorities.
Our Solution
After understanding Giovanni's needs, our senior sales manager Crystal tailored a highly cost-effective OptiFlex Series solution with curvature locks, enabling both flat and curved creative staging. It was China's National Day holiday at the time, yet Crystal still responded to every question promptly, addressing all of Giovanni's concerns one by one.
Result & Review
In late October 2024, Giovanni placed his first order — 10 m² of OptiFlex panels. Impressed by the product quality after delivery, he not only placed repeat orders himself but also referred friends to purchase from RAYBO. Whenever technical questions came up during use, Crystal resolved them promptly, and our technicians patiently taught Giovanni how to adjust and control the screens — he was very satisfied with our service. “RAYBO's product quality and service exceeded my expectations. I've placed multiple orders since my first 10 m² — and I've even brought my friends along.” Giovanni, Italy
