Client Requirements
Michał, co-founder of a new event production and rental company in Poland, found RAYBO on Google and contacted us in October 2025. A first-time LED display buyer, the team needed a reliable turnkey solution to launch their local rental business. Their core requirement: a versatile 80 m² LED display system for both indoor and outdoor events, with strong emphasis on creative staging to fit diverse scenarios — from concerts and corporate events to festivals and seasonal celebrations.
Our Solution
Based on their requirements and budget, our sales manager July recommended: 60 m² PixelFuse P3.91 LED display panels IP65 outdoor rating, Kinglight LEDs, 7,680 Hz refresh (flicker-free, camera-friendly); with curvature locks, curves from -12.5° to 15°. 20 m² InnoVisual P3.91 flexible LED display panels Same IP65, Kinglight and 7,680 Hz, with curves from -22.5° to 22.5°; just eight panels form a full circle. Aluminum truss structures for safe rigging. Novastar control system (industry-leading) with 4K input. All panels pass a 72-hour aging test before shipment. We also provided DDP door-to-door shipping, remote video/voice support, and recorded video references for a smooth start. Request a Quote
Result & Review
Michał’s team placed the order in December 2025 and, upon delivery, scheduled remote video guidance until they could run the system on their own.
