Client Requirements
César, Senior Partner of an event company in Spain, organizes a wide variety of events across the country — music festivals, sports competitions, and business conferences — in partnership with several well-known local chains. In June 2025, the company contacted us to add a new LED display system for a series of bodybuilding competitions held for a long-term partner, a major fitness chain. Quality was the top priority: they studied the details of RAYBO LED displays and compared them side by side with their existing screens.
Our Solution
After reviewing their needs, our sales manager Emily recommended a PixelFuse P3.91 LED display configuration for both indoor and outdoor use, with curvature locks for future curved staging — a cost-effective choice for their large events. Emily walked the client through the key details: P3.91 pixel pitch, a 7,680 Hz refresh rate, 1.6 mm PCB, dual-backup Ethernet ports, IP65 waterproof rating, and the industry-leading Novastar control system. Emily assured the client that all LED display panels are fully tested before shipment, including a 72-hour aging test to guarantee quality. We provide DDP door-to-door delivery, and after receiving the screens, our remote technical support and online video/voice guidance will help them master the LED displays with confidence.
Result & Review
After team-wide approval in July 2025, the client placed the order for the 50 m² PixelFuse P3.91 LED display system. Upon delivery, we provided remote technical support until the team was fully confident using the screens; whenever questions arose, Emily responded promptly, and the client was very satisfied. In October–November 2025, the client successfully hosted five bodybuilding competitions for their fitness-chain partner.
