Client Requirements
Harvy, a LED display technician in the USA, has installed and maintained LED screens across the country for years. Familiar with the market’s vast potential, he had long dreamed of starting his own LED display rental business. In March 2023, he contacted us to purchase outdoor LED displays for events.
Our Solution
Our senior sales manager Crystal reviewed Harvy's needs and recommended OptiFlex Series — our most cost-effective line, ideal for both indoor and outdoor rental events, with easy assembly and lasting durability. For sizing, Crystal suggested a 12 m² modular panel configuration with rigging beams for overhead mounting. Most importantly, Crystal simulated multiple flexible layouts achievable with the 12 m² modular panels, covering the creative scenarios Harvy's rental events would need.
Result & Review
After a year of saving, Harvy had enough capital to start his business — he placed his first order for 12 m² of modular LED display panels and became friends with Crystal along the way. As Harvy’s business expanded, he returned to Crystal for nearly 100 m² of additional rental LED panels, including PixelFuse and InnoVisual series for curved and right-angle builds that added distinctive flair to his events.Whenever technical issues arose during use, Crystal and our technicians responded promptly.
