LED display buyer guide
Outdoor LED Screen Buying Checklist
Specify the environment, structure and service plan before choosing an outdoor LED display.
Visibility in the actual location
Ambient light, direct sun, viewing distance and local brightness rules influence display selection. Discuss daytime and nighttime operation rather than selecting brightness in isolation.
Weather and installation conditions
Confirm the specific configuration’s IP rating, operating temperature range and ventilation requirements. Salt exposure, dust and humidity can require additional planning.
Electrical and structural design
Have qualified local professionals confirm wind loads, mounting, grounding, surge protection and electrical supply. Screen product specifications do not replace site-specific engineering or permits.
Delivery, commissioning and support
Request a cabinet layout, power estimate, control system plan, shipping scope, spare-parts list and commissioning instructions. Confirm required certifications for the exact model and destination.
Make it specific to your project.
Share your screen size and application for a configuration discussion.
